STEP 1: RESUMES

Our HR department reviews all the resumes.

STEP 2: GENERAL TEST

HR sends a general test.
We present complex problems to rate the talent’s knowledge.

STEP 3: TECHNICAL TEST

Department leads sends technical tests to the applicants. The test evaluate technical knowledge and systemic thinking.


STEP 4: INTERVIEW

HR holds a video interview with the candidates to determine if they align with our visions & missions.

STEP 5: ON-BOARDING & TRAINING

Our On boarding process is different. We train the applicant on the use of different softwares. We also offer SEO, SM and research training .
